If there is no Date of Birth in your LTD profile provided, unfortunately with this information missing the LTD system won't allow to complete the Bonus Checklist in the player's profile. It won't be possible to edit this field or update it at the moment, so please focus on other requirements from the Bonus Checklist. You are still welcome to send the ID and use our promotions.
Your email is going to be validated with your ID at the same time, so please send a copy, a scan or a photo of your National Identity Card, if you have not done so to support@ltdpoker.com and LTD support verify both manually. Also please allow up to 48 hours for full validation of your details against your ID Card. The copy must be clear with all the details readable and a picture on it. Please attach front and back (which confirms your actual address).
